4. Ulcers – These are open wounds or sores that develop inside the stomach. These digestive disorders can be quite painful and deadly. Earlier it was thought that these ulcers occurred due to the consumption of spicy food but later on it was revealed in studies that they are caused by certain bacteria. In certain cases, even surgeries are recommended for mending the ulcers and then certain medicines are recommended for eliminating the bacteria that causes the ulcers.

On the other hand, peptic ulcers appear when the internal lining of the stomach is damaged due to the acidosis. The usual symptoms of these ulcers are continuous stomach pain, inflammation and bleeding. Mostly internal ulcers occur due to the presence of excess acid in our body. This acid develops in the human body due to the sedentary lifestyle and poor diet.
5. Hemorrhoids- These are enlarged veins in the rectum area. They are quite common and occur due to various factors. Genetics also plays significant role in the development of this disease and this factor is beyond the control of the suffering person. Aside from this, lifestyle and dietary habits also play an important role in the development of this disease. The simple and effective way to deal with such digestive disorders is to consume a nutritious diet that is rich in fibers so as to ensure proper bowel moment with minimal straining.
